We are proud to offer Tamarind Concentrate, which is processed using completely fresh and natural Tamarind fruits. Prepared in hygienic environment, using advanced machines and processing equipment, our Tamarind concentrate has long shelf life and premium taste. Our Tamarind Concentrate contains natural sugar & 12% tartaric acid, which makes it extremely tart in taste.


Storage Recommendation :
  • To be stored at ambient temperature preferable between 4 - 30°C
  • Higher temperature and direct exposure to sunlight must be avoided to enhance shelf life

Shelf Life :
  • 24 months from the date of manufacturing (when stored as per storage recommendations)

  • As souring agent commonly used in

    • Thai, Mexican and Mediterranean cooking

  • As sauce and marinade ingredient
